Your complete satisfaction is important to us so you may return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery provided all products are unused in their original unopened packaging and in perfect condition for resale. The customer covers return shipping costs except when the item is faulty or we delivered the wrong product and we process refunds or exchanges within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the returned goods.
